To create a design that is clean, easy to use and as flexible as possible. The product will be launched for the ASEAN market, so the product must be easily adapted to the needs of each region.

When I joined this project, I was immediately directed to design following the business flow and design system that had been approved by the client. Design work on this project is divided into 3 stages, each stage consisting of 3-5 sprints.

The Kayaroll project requires us to design for 3 users, including: Super Admin (Kayaroll), Admin (HR), User (Employee). The dashboard design in this project is a summary of important information about the features available on Kayaroll. The super admin dashboard should have user statistics and status. The Admin Dashboard has statistics regarding employee status and the latest payroll reports. The User Dashboard contains work schedule information to leave application status.

This system also functions as a comprehensive database for company employees. It stores all information in one place, including employee names, contact and bank details, work schedules, and more. The work schedule is integrated with the payroll system and can be adjusted easily by Admin (HR).

Kayaroll makes it easy for Admins (HR) to calculate salaries and taxes automatically. Admin (HR) can easily calculate taxes using the tax profile provided by the system or create their own tax profile according to their region.

After the net payroll is calculated, the Admin (HR) performs payroll manually based on the data that the system has created for its employees. Evidence that needs to be archived, such as: transaction lists, is stored safely in the system. After all the evidence has been uploaded, the system will create a report regarding the payroll that has been made. The report can be accessed online and downloaded in pdf format.
